1.  **Pay SEVIS I-901 fee (Only if you have a new I20 or DS-2019)**
   1. **在申请签证之前，如果你持有新的(初始)I-20或DS-2019表格，你需要支付SEVIS I-901费用。**
   2. **从宾夕法尼亚州立大学收到“转学中” I-20或DS-2019的学生无需支付SEVIS I-901费用，只要他们在上次注册的5个月内开始上课。**
2. **填写DS-160，请提前通读DS-160表格填写指南，确保所有信息均正确无误。提交表格之后，将无法进行任何更改。**
3. **一旦确定签证以后，申请人需要缴纳签证费用。请访问签证申请费用页面，了解您所持有的签证所相应的签证费用。在支付签证费之前，请查看银行和支付方式页面中的信息，其中包括如何支付签证费的详细介绍。支付完成后，系统将为您创建个人资料，请务必妥善保管收据，以便通过收据编号预约签证面谈。**
4. **请通过支付签证手续费时使用的凭证登录个人资料页面。进入系统之后，即可看到控制面板。点击左手侧菜单上的“安排面谈时间”(Schedule Appointment)，由此预约面签（提供护照号码, 签证申请缴费收据上的编号）。**
